$7.50 depending on how many items you order. (Single
items are $4.75. Larger orders ship at a discounted
per-item rate.) Regular orders are shipped via media
mail in the US. Within the United States, please allow
two weeks for delivery for standard orders, one week
for priority orders. For overnight shipping, please
e-mail Dave.
Due to Dave's travel schedule, all books ordered
between May 13 and July 6 will be shipped on the week
of July 7. (Books ordered before May 13 will be
shipped before he leaves.)
International
Shipping: Orders shipped outside the US and Canada
will incur higher shipping charges, based on US Postal
rates.
